Who am I? 

I am an independent, hands-on, Continuous Improvement Coach, based out of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.  

 

Through the years I have worked with some of the largest global brands in an Operations Leadership role, driving continuous improvement and leading sustainable, lasting, bottom-line improving change.

My goal is to be an extension of your team, assisting with acute problems and challenges, while providing support, guidance, and expertise as we develop and execute a Continuous Improvement strategy that is right for  your business.
