Scott is an Industrial Engineer with over three decades of Manufacturing and Operations Leadership with iconic brands that include GM, Suzuki, Ford, General Electric and Viceroy Homes.

 

A Continuous Improvement expert, Scott learned kaizen on the factory floor in Hamamatsu Japan, and Six Sigma under Jack Welch’s leadership  at GE.

 

The consummate Plant Manager, Scott has a legacy of driving lasting, responsible, sustainable change, having championed hundreds of projects resulting in millions of dollars in bottom-line, and service metrics improvements.

 

He has experience in multiple industries, across multiple continents, under both private and public ownership.

Scott holds the Chartered Director designation (C.Dir.) from the DeGroote School of Business – McMaster University, and is an Independent Director, with extensive Board experience.  

 

Scott is a member of the Peterborough and Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce, the Kawartha Manufacturers Association, and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
